Where we ship

We deliver across USA & Europe (availability depends on city/region). If you are unsure whether we can deliver to a location, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm quickly.

Order processing

Most flower orders are prepared fresh close to the delivery date to ensure quality. Processing time depends on product type, customization, and delivery schedule.

  • Orders may require confirmation for certain destinations or custom requests.
  • During peak dates, processing and courier capacity may be limited.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery time estimates are shown at checkout where available. Typical delivery ranges:

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days (varies by region)
  • Express delivery: available in select cities
  • Scheduled delivery: choose a delivery date (where enabled)
Note: Delivery estimates are not a guarantee. Weather, traffic, courier capacity, and local restrictions may cause delays.

Shipping fees

Same-day delivery

Order tracking

Address accuracy

Please make sure the delivery address and recipient contact information are correct and complete. Incorrect addresses may cause delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional courier fees.

Recipient availability

If the recipient is not available at delivery time, the courier may:

  • Call the recipient or sender (where possible)
  • Follow delivery instructions (safe place / neighbor / reception) if provided
  • Attempt redelivery or return to a local facility (depends on courier/city)
Because flowers are perishable, failed delivery due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery instructions

You can add delivery notes at checkout (e.g., gate code, building access, reception desk, preferred time window where available). We will share these notes with the courier, but exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

Peak seasons & delays

Peak dates like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas/New Year, and major local holidays may cause higher demand and limited courier slots. We recommend ordering early to secure your preferred date.
